Pavement Management System

Fugro PMS have designed a suite of software products for your Road Infrastructure Asset needs.

Of the three software packages in the PARMMS suite of products, Road Manager is the flagship product.

Using twenty five years of knowledge and research in the field of asset management of road networks, engineers at Fugro PMS have developed a Pavement Management System (PMS) that will provide the necessary platform for long term maintenance programs. PARMMS Road Manager has evolved over the last fifteen years, and is based on feedback from clients and the extensive knowledge pooled by the company.

Road Manager has a very simple Microsoft Outlook approach with easy 'drag and drop' functionality. This feature is one that the vast majority of users are already familiar and comfortable with, and therefore means less training is required than that of alternative systems, as a level of familiarity already exists.

This PMS provides a level of flexibility not present in other packages, and allows our clients to manage network maintenance and predict outcomes and project budgetary requirements more accurately. It should be noted however, that whilst it contains many features and is very flexible, it is user friendly and is not overly difficult to operate after initial training has taken place. We have several customers where the main user is not from an engineering background, and many more where the involvement with a PMS has been minimal, yet the users are proficient after a very small amount of training.
